Abstract

Marketing strategy in a business group, especially MSMEs, is needed to be able to market products made by one of the production houses, both goods and services. The purpose of this study is to describe the marketing strategy and the impact of marketing on the sustainability of Rico, Srimulyo and Daniar tempeh chips SMEs. The research method in this study is a type of qualitative research with a case study research design. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique uses source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate: 1) Out of the three tempe chip businesses, namely Rico, Srimulyo and Daniar tempe chips, the marketing strategy is using social media, namely Facebook and communication media, namely WhatsApp and marketing from community to community. , a souvenir center in Ngawi and also get cash on delivery; 2) The positive impact of marketing tempe chips using media technology can make it easier for buyers outside the area to buy and can expand customers from outside the Ngawi Region. The negative impact is that when marketing through conversations from one community to another it is difficult to be recognized by people who live outside the Ngawi Region.
