Abstract
This study aims to determine the development of marketing to a new level, marketing through the internet is called digital marketing. This study discusses the strategy of using digital marketing to increase sales volume at the Shanie Store e-commerce. This type of research is qualitative with a case study research design. Research resource person is Owner Shanie Store. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study used triangulation of techniques and sources. The analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of using digital marketing is very important to increase sales by determining prices according to brand image and conducting promotions by utilizing social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp Bussines, and Shopee. Shanie Store also has obstacles in selling through social media, namely many competitors who have better hijab brands and lower prices. But Shanie Store has a solution so that it is not less competitive, namely by providing discounts and promos for every hijab purchase through social media. In using digital marketing, it really helps Shanie Store in carrying out marketing and increasing sales volume efficiently and effectively.
