Abstract
In today's industrial world, there are many sectors of the manufacturing industry that are developing rapidly and involve many parties. The manufacturing industry also has a supply chain process and has its own maturity model. This research was conducted at PMT Bakery which produces various types of bread. This study aims to determine the performance value of the supply chain process at PMT Bakery, determine the value of the maturity stages of the supply chain process at PMT Bakery and provide suggestions for improvements to the supply chain process maturity at PMT Bakery. The method used in this research is SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) assisted by AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Process Maturity Model (PMM). SCOR is used to design supply chain performance assessments and AHP is used to determine the weight of each performance indicator and PMM is used to assess process maturity at PMT (Pak ManTo) Bakery. After calculating the results obtained, the supply chain performance at PMT Bakery is already good with a value of 64.137 and for the maturity model it has an average value of quite mature with a value of 3.4. From these two results there are 5 KPIs that must be proposed for improvement.
