Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the learning environment on the mastery of learning accounting through learning motivation in class XII IPS SMAN 1 Kharisma students in Buay Madang District, East OKU Regency. This study uses quantitative research using a path analysis model. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The research was conducted on the XII IPS class students of SMAN 1 Kharisma with a sampling technique using Krejcie and Morgan with a population of 117 respondents with a research sample of 92 respondents. The results showed that the positive influence of the learning environment on learning motivation was 0.739. There is a positive influence of the learning environment on the mastery of learning accounting for 2,851. there is a positive effect of learning motivation on the mastery of accounting learning of 0.754. Learning motivation mediates the influence of the learning environment on the mastery of learning accounting for 3,605. The results of this study can be used to improve the learning environment and learning motivation in order to achieve excellent learning mastery according to the minimum mastery criteria.
