Abstract

In modern life, as it is today, there are many variations or models in leasing, both those that are in accordance with syara' and those that are far from syara'. The purpose of this study was to find out the practice of lottery in land rent and to analyze the views of Islamic law on the practice of lottery in bengkok village land rent in Mentoro Village. The research method used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection is from the results of interviews and with several residents and the committee. Research results 1. The implementation of the lottery practice in village bengkok rent is that participants take a piece of paper that has only 1 marked paper, for those who get the marked paper, they have the right to make bengkok rent which is drawn at a price that has been mutually agreed upon at the beginning, the lottery participants Among other things, each head of the family is free of charge. Participants who have obtained rental rights can take part in the raffle again after all residents have obtained rental rights. 2. The practice of drawing lots on leases is legal because it was carried out because there was a conflict in the rights of a number of people involved, everyone has rights and everyone wants to get their rights, there is no element of gambling, and it is done for the benefit of all residents. It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference or evaluation material.
