Abstract
In a watershed that has more than one rainfall station such as the Grindulu watershed, an analysis of the intensity of the rainfall that occurs in the watershed area can be carried out. In the Grindulu watershed, a rainfall probability analysis was carried out by calculating the annual maximum daily rainfall using rainfall data in 2011-2020 at three rainfall stations in the Grindulu watershed. Generally, the analysis carried out is to calculate the maximum annual daily rainfall but the rainfall does not occur on the same day or what we call method I, then the same analysis is carried out using rainfall data that occurs on the same day or what we call method II and will be compared for the results of both. Based on the research, the results obtained for method I, the discharge at the 100-year return period is 309.43 m3/s, while the discharge at the same return period for method II is 313.60 m3/s. So it can be concluded that the difference between the two methods is not too significant due to the research conducted on a watershed which has a relatively small area, therefore for further research it is recommended to be carried out on a watershed that has a larger area.
