Abstract
The goal of this study is to determine how well Gethuk Take is managing its business continuity in terms of financial literacy and technical literacy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach is qualitative. According to the findings of the study, Gethuk Take's financial literacy plan is to develop basic understanding about finance, which can be learned through books or participation of business owners in municipal government programs, and then to invest by increasing the number of resellers and agents. In terms of protection or insurance, Gethuk implements and provides BPJS health insurance and long-term care insurance to all of its employees. Meanwhile, the technological literacy plan reveals that while Gethuk Take uses technology to broaden its sales market, it does not use much modern technology in its manufacturing process. Gethuk Take developed new goods to boost productivity and keep production going during the pandemic.
