Abstract

The problem in this research is the use of free shipping with the conditions of using Shopee-Pay as the payment method. Which is where Islamic law in its buying and selling activities causes pros and cons among some people. Does this include usury or not. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Islamic Law Review on the Free Use of Shopee Marketplace Conditional Postage Filling Shopee-Pay Balance. This research uses the type of field research and uses a qualitative approach. And the data collection method uses documentation and interviews with related parties. The results of this study are that after being reviewed using Islamic law, the balance stored in Shopee-Pay is a Wadi'ah contract or deposit. Free shipping that requires filling up Shopee-Pay balance is a grant. This activity is allowed if it does not cause harm to either party.
