Abstract
Over time, a company in environmental care and awareness of the environment by minimizing the environmental impact of its production process through green measurement can reduce losses due to supply chain disruption, namely by green supply chain management. The implementation of green supply chain management in Rizka SMEs which produce typical traditional souvenirs, especially banana sales. This study aims to design key performance indicators to determine performance indicators, measure values to determine how big the performance is, and provide evaluations to Rizka SMEs in improving green supply chain management performance indicators. This type of research uses descriptive methods with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process, Traffic Light System, Green Supply Chain Operation Reference. The results of the study obtained the final performance value of 89,182 indicating a good category. Based on the normalization of Snorm De Boer and TSL evaluation, there are 4 red KPIs that need to be improved from a total of 21 KPIs.
