Abstract
It is necessary to know the existence of health facilities in Blora Regency to obtain information regarding available health facilities. Information on health facilities in Blora Regency is still in the form of a table of the total number of existing health facilities and it has not been explained in detail where these facilities are located, so there is a need for information regarding the distribution of web-based health facilities. This study aims 1) to examine the pattern of distribution of health facilities in Blora District, 2) to examine the degree of efficiency and effectiveness of web-based distribution of health facilities in Blora District and 3) to review the number of health facilities in each District in Blora District. The approach is a descriptive one, together with spatial analysis techniques and the waterfall method for website development. The findings of this research show that the pattern of health facilities in Blora Regency is clustered with a nearest neighbor ratio value of 0.736650. Factors causing the clustered distribution of health facilities are the level of population density and road accessibility. The results of testing the degree of efficiency and effectiveness of the webgis show that the two components are successful for use. Assessments from respondents regarding the level of effectiveness and efficiency in using the webgis, indicate that this webgis is "effective" in terms of its benefits, appearance and ease in finding the location of health facilities. The number of health facilities in the Blora Regency area is 55 locations of health facilities consisting of 7 locations of Hospitals, 23 locations of Health Centers, 5 auxiliary Health Centers and 20 locations of Clinics. The quantity of medical facilities in each district is different. The variables that affect the disparity in the number of health facilities are the factors that cause the difference in the number of health facilities due to the location's physical state and the population. The number of types of health facilities in each sub-district is sufficient for the minimum population unit and the area coverage for health service needs.
