Abstract
This study aims to analyze and identify whether organizational culture is related to the performance of the employees of the Rumah sakit “JIH” Solo. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach and uses purposive sampling technique in sampling. Collecting data using the interview method. The findings show that (1) the organizational culture of the "JIH" Solo Hospital has organizational culture values of informative, polite, complete, superior, religious, disciplined, trustworthy, communication, serving, helping, flexible, harmonious, professional and responsible. The understanding of organizational cultural values of employees represented by several respondents is not the same, this can be seen from the results of interviews conducted, but this reflects the values of organizational culture in the "JIH" Hospital Solo. (2) The development of previous research related to organizational culture is carried out by the author so that the value of organizational culture is not only one but other organizational cultural values appear. Organizational cultural values do not only arise from groups but also emerge from individuals (3) Employee performance at the Rumah sakit “JIH” Solo has performance indicators which include procedural, focus, coordination, consistent, thorough, coordination, precise, priority, thorough, control, obedient, advance and evaluation. (4) The value of organizational culture affects performance, this was conveyed by respondents starting from the President Director, Internal Control Unit, Marketing Manager, K3RS Staff, Procurement Supervisor.
