Abstract

The development of 21st century educational technology requires students to easily integrate the use of ICT and mathematical literacy. M-Learning as a learning innovation with easy access to learning resources via smartphones. For that we need a practical learning resource containing mathematical literacy that can be used in learning. This study aims to develop an Android-based digital pocket book learning resource for grade XI students of SMAN 1 Wonosari. The research method used is development research with Borg & Gall modifications, namely: preliminary research, development and validation, and product feasibility testing. The instruments used are: assessment questionnaires, validation sheets, and interview guidelines. Qualitative data were analyzed by drawing conclusions while quantitative data were analyzed using average scores and categories. This study resulted in an Android-based digital pocket book learning resource which was declared very valid by media experts with an average score of 4.57, an average score of 3.97 material experts with a valid category, an average score of learning practitioners I 4, 79 with a very valid category, and the average score of learning practitioners II is 4.78 with a very valid category. The feasibility test phase was limited with an average score of 4.09 in the appropriate category, field trials with an average score of 4.48 in the very feasible category, and the main field test with an average score of 4.29 in the very feasible category. Based on this research, an Android-based digital pocket book can be used as a learning resource to support mathematics learning.
