Abstract
This study aims to find out about legal protection for victims of wrongful arrest in the case of decision number. 131PK/PID.SUS/2015 and also knowing the responsibility of investigators to victims of wrongful arrests and knowing the Islamic legal arrangements regarding victims of wrongful arrests in the case of decision number 131PK/PID.SUS/2015. In this study, the author uses a normative juridical approach with secondary data in the form of publications or reports and literature. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the legal protection obtained by the victim of wrongful arrest in the case of decision number 131PK/PID.SUS/2015 can be pursued in the judge's consideration in a juridical, philosophical, and socialist manner in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code, also shows the form of accountability of investigators to victims of wrongful arrest, namely material responsibility and immaterial , in the case of decision number 131PK/PID.SUS/2015 included in the ta'zir finger which was completely decided by the panel of judges.
