Abstract

The massive phenomenon of the development and transition from offline transportation to online transportation is an indication of the development of online motorcycle taxis in Indonesia, one of which is Gojek. Public interest in Gojek drivers is also great, so the phenomenon of buying and selling Gojek accounts has emerged. Researchers are interested in studying further whether the practice of buying and selling Gojek accounts online in the GOJEK INFO/GRAB SOLO RAYA Facebook Group is in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law or not. The formulation of the problem is How is the practice of buying and selling Gojek accounts in the Facebook Group GOJEK INFO/GRAB SOLO RAYA? and How is the analysis of Islamic law on buying and selling Gojek accounts in the Facebook Group. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of buying and selling Gojek accounts online in the Facebook Group GOJEK INFO/GRAB SOLO RAYA and to find out the views of Islamic law on buying and selling Gojek accounts online in the Facebook Group. From the results of the study it can be concluded that in practice buying and selling Gojek accounts is prohibited because it violates the code of ethics and according to Islamic law, both pillars and conditions can be seen in practice, buying and selling Gojek accounts in the GOJEK INFO/GRAB SOLO RAYA Facebook group is not allowed because the legal requirements are not met. buying and selling is related to the terms of the object of goods, namely the goods being sold are not entirely owned by the driver (seller) so that the contract is invalid because it does not meet the pillars and conditions of buying and selling.
