Abstract
The use of teaching materials as learning resources in learning needs to be designed and adapted to the needs of students. The development of teaching materials that have not been optimal, especially in science content causes students to have difficulty understanding the material. The purpose of this study, 1) to develop the design of ethnoscience-based digital teaching materials as a learning resource for elementary school science content in Rembang, 2) to describe the feasibility level of ethnoscience-based digital teaching materials as a learning resource for elementary school science content in Rembang. This type of research development or Research and Development (RnD) uses the ADDIE research model. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of SD Negeri Randuagung. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative data in the form of needs analysis results from interviews with fifth grade teachers as well as criticism and expert input on the feasibility of ethnoscience-based digital teaching materials on the subject of heat and changes in the shape of objects. While quantitative data in the form of expert validation questionnaire results about the feasibility value of digital teaching materials in ethnoscience on a Likert scale and limited trials conducted on students. The validity of the data is done by technical triangulation. The results of this development research include, 1) researchers make a product in the form of ethnoscience-based digital teaching materials. The product of ethnoscience-based digital teaching materials is a learning media as a science learning resource on the subject of heat and changes in the shape of objects that can be accessed online equipped with text, images, videos, and practice questions. Teaching materials are equipped with ethnoscience studies in the process of making salt and Lasem Batik in Rembang. 2) the feasibility of the product is obtained through a validation test conducted with three experts, namely material experts who get a score of 63 and a percentage of 84% in the "very feasible" category, then media experts get a score of 60 and a percentage of 80% in the "very feasible" category, and linguists get a score of 63 and a percentage of 84%. In addition, teachers and students also gave a very good response to the products that have been developed.
