Abstract
PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk (Tangerang Mill) is a multinational company engaged in manufacturing pulp and various paper products and packaging. PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk was founded in 1976 and has three factories spread across Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the conditions and the level of ergonomic risk of workers, especially in the stationary section, and whether it is necessary to improve conditions in that section. This study uses REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) and OWAS (Ovako Working Posture Analysis System) methods. The results of the REBA method in the label box installation process obtained a score of 7, and in the kokoru paper cutting process of 5 which means that the level of risk is moderate and needs to be improved. In the OWAS method in the label box installation process, a score of 2 is obtained, and the kokoru paper cutting process is 2, which means it is a bit dangerous in the musculoskeletal system and needs improvement in the future. Proposed improvement of working conditions by replacing a chair that matches the size of the desk and the worker's body so that it is comfortable and minimizes the level of risk experienced by workers.
