Abstract
Breast cancer is the most common cancer affecting women. It is estimated that every 2 out of 10,000 women in the world will develop breast cancer each year. Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of death in women worldwide. Take 10 l of harvested cells and pipette them into a hemacytometer, then the cells are counted under a microscope (inverted or light microscope) with a counter. The hemacytometer consists of 4 counting chambers, each room consists of 16 squares. Combination cytotoxic activity of cashew nut leaf ethanol extract (Annacardium occidentale L.) and cashew nut shell methanol extract against MCF-7 breast cancer cells. Knowing the class of metabolite compounds contained in the ethanol extract of cashew leaves (Annacardium occidentale L.) and the methanol extract of cashew seed shells with a test tube. anticancer metabolites of the breast, as well as increasing knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical technology.
