Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment, and corporate culture on job satisfaction of grab drivers. The results of this study are expected to be used to help evaluate the shortcomings that exist in the company, especially regarding job satisfaction so that they can work more optimally. This research method uses causal quantitative, with data collection tools, namely questionnaires. The population in this study was the Grab Driver in Surakarta, while the sample studied was 70 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction as evidenced by the results of tcount= 5,835 > ttable = 1,984, then Ho is rejected so that there is a significant effect between compensation on job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the calculation tcount = 2,234 > ttable = 1,984, then Ho is rejected so that there is a significant influence between the environment Job satisfaction on job satisfaction, corporate culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction as evidenced by the calculation results tcount = 3.986 > ttable = 1.984, then Ho is rejected so that there is a significant influence between corporate culture on job satisfaction. So that all variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction of grab drivers in Surakarta.
