Abstract
Based on the recommendations the World Health Organization (WHO) and Indonesian Technical Advisory Group on Immunization (ITAGI) that the formation of herd immunity can be achieved with a minimum vaccination target of 70%. The implementation of the immunization program during this pandemic is an abnormal immunization condition. This high demand for professionalism causes pressure on vaccinators. This study aims to determine the relationship between mental workload and work stress on the COVID-19 vaccinator team in Ngawi Regency. Quantitative research with cross-sectional. The population in this study was a team of vaccinators in 24 health centers in Ngawi Regency totaling 317 people. A sample of 187 vaccinator teams was obtained using a proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument uses the NASA-TLX measuring instrument and a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Statistical analysis in this study used the Chi-square test. There is a relationship between mental workload and work stress with a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05). It is hoped that agencies will create and maintain a conducive working atmosphere and work environment as well as optimizing facilities and infrastructure as needed
