Abstract
This study aims to analyze and find out the demand of the Surakarta area community for clean water at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). The method used is quantitative research methods with OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) analysis tools. With data from each district obtained from data from PDAM Surakarta Province, BPS Surakarta, and data from the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives. The variables used are the price of water, PDRB per capita, total population, and amount of water production. The results of the research on the factors that influence the demand for water in PDAM are independent factors that affect 83% of the dependent factor, for the water price factor, GRDP per capita, population, and amount of water production have a significant effect on water demand simultaneously.
