Abstract

Tangerang City is a city that has entered the creative economy wave so that it continues to carry out the process of sustainable economic development. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the value of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at Constant Prices (ADHK) in Tangerang City has decreased compared to the previous year. This can be a big potential in the development of creative start-ups in Indonesia. One of them is coworking space. The coworking space trend has developed, this can create business opportunities in the rental of workspaces. The construction of creative space facilities as a support for coworking space is expected to be able to attract public interest, especially young people, to do positive things and develop creative economic potential. The method used is observation, comparative study of coworking space, literature study related to sustainable architecture approach to strengthen writing. Sustainable architecture in the design is to apply several existing parameters, namely, site and land use by providing Green Open Space in accordance with the applicable RTRW provisions, the community by providing communal space facilities to support supporting facilities in it, health and welfare by providing natural lighting to the environment. buildings, materials that use wood as secondary bark on building facades, energy by applying solar panels as alternative energy, water by re-managing dirty water through a filtration process that can be used to water plants.
