Abstract
This study are to : (1) describe whether the Instagram digital platform can increase sales of mika hijab stores. (2) describe the marketing activities of mika hijab store through the Instagram digital platform. This research is a type of qualitative research, with an ethnographic design. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study are the owner or business owner, employees, and consumers. The validity of the data in this study used the source triangulation test. The data analysis technique is through reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that : (1) The use of the Instagram digital platform has resulted in an increase in sales of mika hijab stores. (2) Mika hijab store marketing activities through the Instagram digital platform are held directly by the Mika Hijab Store social media admin, marketing activities through the Instagram digital platform are creating product photo and video content that attracts the attention of consumers, then promotional tools used by Mika Hijab Store such as holding discounts, holding giveaways every Friday, and holding raffle coupons with attractive prizes. With the marketing activities through the Instagram digital platform, the sales turnover of Mika Hijab Store has also increased well.
