Abstract
The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the driving factors that influence the success of entrepreneurial marketing through Shopee e-commerce in the Shemates business, (2) to describe the inhibiting factors for the success of entrepreneurial marketing through the Shopee e-commerce Shemates business, (3) to describe entrepreneurial marketing strategies through e-commerce. -commerce Shopee venture Shemates. This research uses qualitative research with case study research design. The source of the data in this study was obtained by interviewing the resource persons. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. There are three components that must be considered in the implementation of Shopee e-commerce in marketing, such as the driving factors for marketing success through Shopee e-commerce, the inhibiting factors for marketing success through Shopee e-commerce and marketing strategies through Shopee e-commerce. The results of this study indicate that (1) by maximizing the driving factors of marketing success, it will affect the increase in income in the business, (2) by overcoming the inhibiting factors of marketing success, will affect the increase in marketing success through Shopee e-commerce, (3) The marketing strategy that used to increase sales through Shopee e-commerce, namely market segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing mix. The more the marketing strategy develops in the business, it will affect the increase in business sales
