Abstract

This research is entitled "Factors Affecting the Absorption of Manpower in the Manufacturing Industry in Salatiga City". This study aims to analyze the Factors Affecting the Absorption of Manpower in the Manufacturing Industry in Salatiga City. The independent variable is the manufacturing industry business unit, population, investment in the manufacturing industry and the production value of the manufacturing industry. The dependent variable is the number of workers in the manufacturing industry in Salatiga City. The data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis used in this study is panel data regression.
