Abstract
This study aims to analyze the dynamics of organizational change that occurred in Primuss Sumber Jaya Trangsan Gatak Sukoharjo. Starting from the causes of change, the impact of the change, the stages of the change process, the factors supporting the change to the inhibiting factors for change. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Descriptive research method is by describing the object of research in the area of Trangsan rattan industrial center when the current situation is based on the facts as they are, then analyzed and interpreted. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The validity/validity of the data in this study used a method triangulation technique. Qualitative data analysis techniques with interactive models include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the dynamics of organizational change that occurred in Primuss Sumber Jaya include: (1) There are several factors that cause change. (2) The impact of the change. (3) Stages and processes of changes that occur. (4) There are several factors supporting the change. (5) There are several factors inhibiting change.
