Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the murabahah contract at KSPPS BMT Karimah Polokarto in the perspective of sharia economic law. The type of research used in this research is field research. Types and resources that use primary data and secondary data. Primary data used is through interviews and documentation. Secondary data is taken from books, journals, or previous research related to this research. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. The results of the study are that the murabahah contract at KSPPS BMT Karimah Polokarto does not use usury and there is no system of fines. Customers will only be blacklisted if they do not make installments on time. The benefits obtained by KSPPS BMT Karimah Polokarto are uncertain because the customer agreements are different from one another. Based on the theory of sharia economic law, the financing contract at KSPPS BMT Karimah Polokarto is appropriate. The implication of this research is to find out the application of the murabahah contract in KSPPS BMT Karimah Polokarto in sharia economic law, so that positive research results can be applied by other KSPPS BMT and the shortcomings of the research results can be evaluated by KSPPS BMT Karimah Polokarto in order to become a better KSPPS BMT.
