Abstract

E-WOM has long attracted the attention of researchers and practitioners for its ability to reduce consumer perceived risk. E-Service Quality allows consumers or users to make transactions without face-to-face with service providers. So this study will discuss the effect of EWOM and E-Service Quality on Purchase Decisions with trust moderation. The sample in this study was the Karisidenan Madiun community by distributing questionnaires Structural Equation Model data analysis using path diagrams through the smartPLS application. The results of this study show that simultaneously EWOM, E-service Quality with trust moderation have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, the EWOM variable has a positive effect on trust and purchasing decisions. While the E-Service Quality variable has not significant effect on purchasing decisions.
