Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the world of education. The government enforces a distance learning system which causes learning concentration to decrease. Concentration in learning is very important in learning because by concentrating well, students can receive the subject matter well and increase the enthusiasm to be active during the learning process. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between sleep quality and learning concentration in students during the covid 19 pandemic. The research sample consisted of 200 students who are still actively studying in Central Java who were selected using the purposive sampling method with criteria for active undergraduate students in Central Java and had undergone online lectures during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Data collection was carried out using the learning concentration scale and the PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) scale. Data analysis using Kendall's tau correlational test. From the results of this study indicate the value of the correlation coefficient r = -0.076 and the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.137 (p > 0.05), which means that sleep quality has no relationship with learning concentration. The hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between sleep quality and learning concentration is rejected.
