Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The population of this research is textile factory employees in Boyolali Regency. The sample of this research is 100 respondents of textile factory employees in Boyolali Regency. The data analysis technique uses SmartPLS 3.0. Data analysis using Outer model and Inner model. The results of this study are (1) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Transformational Leadership has an insignificant negative effect on employee performance, (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (4) Organizational Commitment has an effect positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (5) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6)transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, (7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction
