Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Characteristics, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Semarang City National Land Agency Office. This research is included in quantitative research. The samples collected in this study were as many as 85 respondents with the sampling technique using the total sampling technique. The data used is primary data where the data is obtained from respondents' answers through a questionnaire that has been given. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression technique whose calculations were assisted by the SPSS software program. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
