Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial attitudes on learning outcomes of accounting courses for accounting education students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta batch 2015. This research is a quantitative research with a correlation research design. The population in this study as many as 251 students with a sample of 146 respondents obtained through the formula for determining the sample with a level of 5%. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test, coefficient of determination, effective contribution and relative contribution. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of interpersonal skill variables and entrepreneurial attitudes affect learning outcomes in accounting courses for accounting education student service companies, the t test results show that there is a significant influence between Interpersonal Skills on learning outcomes, while the results of the F test analysis show that interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial attitudes together have a significant influence on interpersonal skills (X1), entrepreneurial attitudes (X2) on learning outcomes in accounting courses for accounting education student services company 2015 Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.
