Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions at Diana Shop Sragen. Analyzing the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions at Diana Shop Sragen. In this study the purchase decision as the dependent variable. Price and service quality variables as independent variables. The population of this research is consumers who are in the Sragen area, and around Diana's store, Sragen and respondents aged 17 years and over, while the sample is 99 respondents with the sampling in this study using purposive sampling method and the data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study prove that the price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and simultaneously price and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
