Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how rental transactions occur at Mufi Playstation in Gumpang Lor village, Pabelan, Kartasura. Methods The research conducted in this study uses a qualitative research type that produces descriptive data, where to obtain the data by conducting interviews and documentation to the owner of the Playstation rental. And from the results of the data, it can be used to analyze how the suitability of Islamic law with transactions that occur in the Mufi Playstation rental in Gumpang Lor village, Pabelan, Kartasura. The results of this study indicate that the transactions that occur are invalid because, in the transaction process, there are conditions that have not been met to carry out the transaction. Namely, the existence of the tenant who is still a minor which is not legal according to Islamic law because children who are still underage or have not reached the age of puberty are considered unable to act in law.
