Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction on the steering wheel course at the Kartika Sinar Persada Salatiga Educational Institute (LPK) in 2021. The results of this study are expected to be a guide for leaders in providing customer satisfaction. in the car steering course at the Kartika Sinar Persada Course Education Institute (LPK) Salatiga. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative research approach and uses primary data. The population in this study were 133 respondents. The sample used is 100 respondents with the sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at LPK Kartika Sinar Persada Salatiga. 2) Price has a positive & significant effect on customer satisfaction for driving courses at LPK Kartika Sinar Persada Salatiga. 3) Tutor/steering instructor facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction for driving courses at LPK Kartika Sinar Persada Salatiga.
