Abstract
Foreign Direct Investment is a flow of capital originating from abroad, either through direct foreign investment or indirect foreign investment. This study aims to analyze the effect of ICOR, the effect of Gross Domestic Product, Economic Openness Index, Unemployment, Interest Rates, Exchange Rates, and Inflation on Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia in 2000-2020. This study uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression analysis method. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially ICOR, Unemployment and exchange rate variables have an influence on Foreign Investment, while the Gross Domestic Product, Economic Openness Index, Interest Rate and Inflation have no effect on Foreign Investment.
