Abstract
As-Syaidah Khadijah Mosque was founded in 2019 and is a new mosque built for the public interest, both for the local community and for those who are traveling (travelers). As-Syaidah Khadijah Mosque is in a strategic place because it is located on the side of the road and also has a large enough land so that it is able to have a high productivity value because on the mosque land it can be used as a sale and purchase transaction for various culinary foods that are rented out by the mosque management. to people who want to sell on the land of the As-Syaidah Khadijah Mosque. This research is a type of field research where in this research it describes and describes a situation and also a phenomenon or in other words an event that is clearer about the conditions being experienced. The results of this study are to determine: 1. Mechanisms for managing leasing funds mosque land as a place to trade at the As-Syaidah Khadijah mosque, Plumbon village, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo, among others: 1). The rental rate is 10-20 thousand. 2). The proceeds from the receipt of funds are used to meet the needs and needs of the As-Shaidah Khadijah Mosque. 2. The practice of renting mosque land as a place to trade at the As-Syaidah Khadijah mosque, Plumbon village, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo through four stages, a) Land Survey Stage, b) Mu''jir and Musta'jir Meeting Stage, c) Transaction Stage ( Bidding, pricing, and Ijab and Qobul leases), d) Implementation Stage of the Lease-Lease Agreement. 3. The view of Islamic law on the practice of renting mosque land for trading at the As-Syaidah Mosque, Plumbon, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo. The conclusion of this research is that it is legal to trade in mosques, but as long as selling is not inside the mosque but outside the mosque, such as the terrace or garden and courtyard of the mosque.
