Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic is an emergency event that is different from normal situations around the world with the Corona Virus Diseases outbreak, this causes several problems for individuals during a pandemic, one of which is failing to adapt so that they experience stress, stress on individuals will affect the subjective well-being level, and will have a low level of subjective well-being . Teenagers in this Covid-19 pandemic need a good way to adapt in their transition period. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gratitude and social support with the subjective well-being of adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach with the criteria of active students from the Faculty of Psychology, Muhammadiyah University, Surakarta with an age range of 18-22 years. The number of samples used is 142 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique , the type of purposive sampling. The data collection tool for the scale of gratitude, social support, and subjective well-being is in the form of a questionnaire and distributed via google form. The analysis technique of this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis are that there is a significant relationship between gratitude and social support with subjective well-being, with the results of R = 0.698; p<0.05. Then gratitude and subjective well-being with r=0.695; P < 0.05 which means there is a significant positive relationship between gratitude and subjective well-being of adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic. Then social support and subjective well-being obtained r = 0.544; p < 0.05 means that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and subjective well-being of adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Effective Contribution between the two variables in this study is 48.8% with details on the contribution of the gratitude variable at 43, 58% while the social support variable is 5.17% while 51.2% is related to other variables.
