Abstract

PT Waskita Beton Precast Plant Klaten, is a branch of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, a leading state-owned construction company in Indonesia which is engaged in the concrete and ready-mix manufacturing industry. The resulting product must have high quality supported by production equipment. Here using a lot of heavy equipment with great power, it is possible if the electricity bill are issued is high. The purpose of this research is to design a solar panel system to reduce electricity bill payments. The solar panels used are monocrystalline because they have the highest efficiency than other solar panels. This research method is planning simulation using PVsyst software because it has been widely used in industrial design. PVsyst also has a complete and detailed system so that the resulting plans are not much different from when implemented. The resulting losses are also precise. This plan is to supply a power of 510.6 kW, using 1014 solar panels with a capacity of 500 Wp with a panel arrangement consisting of 39 strings and each string of 26 solar panels arranged in series so that it can produce a maximum energy of 507 kWp.
