Abstract
Efforts to implement K3 guarantee the needs and health of both physical and mental workers and workers to prevent the possibility of work accidents. Occupational safety seeks to prevent unsafe actions or conditions that can cause accidents, while occupational health works to prevent diseases that may arise after work begins. This study aims to determine and to what extent the implementation of K3 carried out by PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS). This research was conducted at PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS) for 6 months. The object of this research is K3 staff who open 5 people. Collecting data through observation, interviews and filling out checklist sheets. The method used for evaluation is Job Safety Analysis (JSA). In this study, 20 work accidents were found. The results of the implementation of the implementation of K3 based on PERMENAKER No.05/MEN/2018 and the Company's K3 Procedures were 82.6%, which means the company was included in the category of good implementation, while the statement was not in accordance with the percentage of 13.0% which meant that there were still some OSH applications that were not in accordance with PERMENAKER No.05/MEN/2018 and Company OHS Procedures.
