Abstract
Indonesian is currently experiencing the Covid-19 disaster. With this disaster the economy is experiencing a decline. If socienty cannot fulfill life then society will not be able to survive. Ma]ny people lose their jobs, which makes them unable to meet the needs and welfare of the community will decline. To fulfill people’s lives by providing UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the use UMKM assistance funds to improve welfare of UMKM Business Actor, and to determine the view of sharia economic law on the use of UMKM assistance funds to improve welfare of UMKM Business Actor. The method used is a field research method by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study stated that the implementation of the us of UMKM assistance funds to improve welfare was to improve welfare was to establish a negligee convection bussiness with initial capital from the government. After the bussiness runs and makes a profit, the wealfare of life increases both in terms of income, health, housing, and even education. And the needs of life for all family members can be fulfilled. And regarding the view of sharia economic law on the use of UMKM assistance funds to improve welfare, it is permissible as long as it us used for something good and what is not forbidden by islamic law, such as opening a business. If what is prohibited or not allowed is used for things that are forbidden by islamic law, such us paying debts for buying unnescessary goods, financing school children and so on.
