Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of interest rates, exchange rates, and inflation on stock prices of property and real estate sectors listed on the 2017 20 2020 EIB. The technique used in sampling in this study was a purposive sampling technique that produced 25 selected samples for study. This study used eviews software to process research data. Analysis of data used i.e. classical assumption test and regression analysis of panel data. The results of this study show that interest rates have no effect on stock prices, exchange rates have no effect on stock prices whereas inflation has a negatif and significant effect on stock prices.
