Abstract
Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Selo Makmur carry out several activities, namely UMKM (Rejo Snack), Selorejo Village Market, Appropriate Technology, and Smart Rejo. Based on observations and interviews, the most developed and profitable business unit is Rejo Snack, but in the last two years Rejo Snack has experienced a decline in sales due to the growing business competition. Therefore, research is needed to find the right business development strategy in order to compete in the market. The purpose of this study is to describe the factors that influence business development using the SWOT Analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and create alternative development strategies, then sort the strategy with higher priority that can be prioritized to be realized for business development by using this method. Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results of the study show that BUMDes Selo Makmur has an internal factor score of 2,436 and an external factor score of 2,461 with a business position in cell V that can be applied is "market penetration and product development". The strategy that becomes the main priority is to use online media as a means of promotion and wider marketing with a STAS value of 91.5.
