Abstract

To improve the quality of human resources and the quality of human life, one of which is required health facilities to ensure the health of the people in Sragen Regency. There are still many health problems in Sragen Regency such as the high maternal mortality rate, the finding of Malnutrition in Toddlers and infectious diseases. The information on health facilities provided to the people of Sragen is still in the form of a table display so that the people of Sragen and those from outside the region experience difficulties in finding geographic information and there are still many houses that are far from the health facilities, causing people to not know the exact geographic location of the health facilities. The purpose of the research is to make it easier for people to find web-based health facilities so that they can be accessed by users if they need immediate help and can display routes to health facilities. The method used in website development uses the waterfall methodology with system testing using Blackbox and System Usability Scale. The system is made web-based using PHP, Mysql, Codeigneter framework, and javascript leaflets to display maps. The result of the development of this geographic information system is that the system can display a mapping of the distribution of health facilities so that later the system can find the location of health facilities and also display the route of the health facility. With the creation of a geographic information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for users to find more specific locations for health facilities and produce accurate information.
