Abstract

Mining is an activity that focuses on extracting minerals and other mining materials from the earth. Mining itself is a series of processes for taking materials that can be removed from the earth. One of the mines that are commonly found around the community is the Mining C mine, minerals (mining materials) which are not included in the category of strategic minerals (A), and the group of vital minerals (B), which is regulated in PP No. 27 of 1980. The method used in this research is a doctrinal (normative) approach, because in this research it essentially examines the law which is conceptualized as a norm or rule that applies in society, and becomes a reference for the behavior of every person. descriptive. Linguistically responsibility is explained as a condition in which a person is obliged to bear, assume responsibility, bear everything or give responsibility and bear the consequences. By definition, responsibility itself is a human awareness of behavior or actions that are carried out both intentionally and unintentionally. The AMDAL permit is part of the licensing system that brings together environmental legal and technical issues which are integrated into a new environmental law system. Therefore, AMDAL permits and other permits are an obligation of a legal entity, AMDAL functions as a technical permit for environmental analysis with environmental permits as legality to the law. AMDAL is one of the instruments used to achieve and maintain sustainable development. Sustainable development is also an environmentally sustainable development.
