Abstract

This literature study aims to provide insight into the latest literature on zakat. This study aims to add insight and literature on zakat in scientific publications. The method used is qualitative with a bibliometric approach, research with a qualitative method with a bibliometric analysis approach using scientific publication data from international reputable journals in the Q1 and Q2 categories. The type of approach used is bibliometric analysis by mapping zakat literature from international reputable journals. The results of this study indicate that the qualitative method with bibliometric analysis in analyzing 63 journals/articles resulted in 9 areas of discussion originating from content analysis or the contents of the 63 journals, of which 2 that dominate are management and roles related to the fields of religion, law and religion. concepts, as well as additional areas of discussion in the form of education obtained as well as national perspectives from each Muslim-majority country and the final discussion in the form of others.
