Abstract
In the development of industry 4.0, Facebook is one of the social media that has great potential to be used as a tool in marketing activities, including CV. Ngremboko Klaten. The purpose of this research is to develop a marketing strategy through Facebook marketing and implementation. The method used is SWOT analysis with a marketing mix approach on the company's internal factors and porter's five forces on the company's external factors. Collecting data using a purposive sampling data by means of interviews and questionnaires. Alternative SWOT analysis strategies are prepared to determine development strategies from a combination of SO (strength, opportunity), WO (weakness, opportunity), ST (Strength, threats), WT (weakness, threats). In the process of implementing Facebook marketing advertisement are prepared using copywriting. The results of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) data analysis showed a value of 0.5 and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) showed a value of 0.6, so in the matrix the company's position is in zone 1, which means it supports an aggressive growth policy. In the implementation of Facebook marketing, there are 3 types of content presented, image content, video content and description content. Advertisement are served on several Facebook features including: Facebook Home, Marketplace, Facebook ads, Groups and Facebook Pages.
