Abstract

Indonesia has a variety of vegetable crops. Vegetables are plants that are often used as ingredients to complement rice and side dishes. Vegetables are rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals so they are very good for consumption. Broccoli comes from the combination of buds that gather and form large flowers and the florets are dark green. Broccoli contains a variety of important vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, selenium. Other substances contained in broccoli are sulfur in the form of glucosinolates, antidote compounds, monoterpenes, and genestein. Thus we innovate to create vegetable pudding as an alternative to vegetables. Nutrients are food substances that when consumed by a person will bring health.
