Abstract

This research aims to determine corporate social responsibility as a form of corporate image and its effect on customer loyalty. The type of data used is quantitative. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The sample studied was the community around PT Semen Gresik in Gunem District, Rembang Regency as many as 130 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS program version 21.0. The statistical method used to test hypothesis is path analysis. The result showed that CSR had an effect on corporate image and customer loyalty, and corporate image could mediate the effect of CSR on customer loyalty.
