Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the effect of knowledge, public perception, religiosity, product, reputation, service quality, and bank location on customer interest in choosing to save at Islamic banks. This study uses quantitative methods, the population in this study are all customers of Boyolali Islamic banks. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling method with customer criteria for the last five years, so that 100 samples were obtained. The result of this study indicate that public perception and religiosity have a significant effect on customer interest in choosing to save at Islamic banks. Meanwhile, knowledge, product, reputation, service quality, and bank location doesn’t have a significant effect on customer interest in choosing to save at Islamic banks.
