Millennials are a term for a group of people who belong to generation Y, familiarly called generation me or echo boomers who were born in 1990 or early 2000, which were marked by an increase in the use of communication, media, and digital technology. Based on the age range, millennials are 20-30 years old, which is a transition period from adolescence to adulthood. The transition does not always run smoothly, sometimes it arises emotionally or in a crisis which is often referred to as a quarter life crisis. The purpose of this study is to find out the description of the Quarter Life Crisis that occurs in millennials and how millennials respond to the Quarter Life Crisis. The characteristics of the informants of this study were millennials in the age range of 21-25 years, both male and female. The research method used is qualitative with an interpretive phenomenological approach with semi-structured interview data collection methods and thematic analysis methods. The results of this study are the presence of anxiety in facing the future, the pressure that comes from the family environment, the fear of disappointing parents and lack of self-confidence that arises and likes to compare themselves with others, frequent problems related to financial needs, not ready to face the future future and responsibilities, feeling lacking in what has been achieved, feeling worried about the future life, unsure of a partner and other problems related to relationships with this type of friendship. Millennials' efforts in dealing with the Quarter Life Crisis themselves include trying to motivate themselves, making peace with the situation, looking for other things to solve problems to trying to overcome family problems. In his research, the factors that influence the emergence of the Quarter Life Crisis LC in millennials can be found, namely (1) the influence of social media (2) educational background, (3) current occupation, (4) family support, (5) environment , and (6) alignment between personal desires and environmental demands Keyword: Quarter Life Crisis, Millenial, QLC
